Educational Qualification:

For Manager

1. Manager (Marketing) - 
Must possess any Degree and MBA with specialization in Marketing/Sales Promotion from a recognized University/Institution. (or) any degree and 2 year Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Marketing/Sales Promotion from a recognized University/Institution.

2. Manager (Accounts) - 
Must possess any Degree and CA Inter / ICWA Inter

For Below Manager.

3. Deputy Manager (Dairying) - 
Must possess Degree and IDD/ NDD or Post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science/ Dairying or B.Tech in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Food Processing from any approved institutions.

4. Junior Executive (Office) - Must be a Graduate in any discipline. Must possess a Diploma in Cooperative Management. Exemption for B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from possessing cooperative training.

5. Technician (Electrical) - SSLC/XStd.Pass.Must possess ITI (Electrical) with National Trade Certificate in Lineman/Wireman (‘B’ License).

6. Technician (Operation) - 
1. Pass in SSLC with ITI certificate in the trade of Refrigeration & Airconditioning/Fitter/Dairy Mechanic/Electrician/Wireman 
2. Not less than 3 years experience in the operation and maintenance of machinery in Refrigeration section/Instant machinery in Refrigeration section/Instant coolers/Homogenizer/Prepac machine operation preferably in Dairy / Food Processing Industry.

8. Junior Executive (Office) - 
1. Must be a Graduate in any discipline. 
2. Must possess a Cooperative Training. Exemption for B.A (Co.op) / B.Com (Co.op) from possessing cooperative training. 
3. Must have completed 10years of service in MPCS. 
4. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years.

9. Extension Officer (Grade II) - 
1. Must be a Graduate in any discipline and have passed in Cooperative training and completion of 10 years of service in MPCS. (Or) 
1. A pass in 10th std/SSLC exam or its equivalent and have passed in cooperative training with 15 years experience in MPCS. 
2. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years (Exemption for holders of degree in B.A(Co.op) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Cooperative training.

10. Technician (Operation) - 
1.Must be a holder of ITI certificate in trade concerned. 
2. 5 Years experience in MPCS 
3. Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years
